Absolutely—plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment before your scheduled service. We just ask for as much notice as possible. Late cancellations or last-minute changes may be subject to a fee.

CLRSpace currently serves select areas in the Dallas area. Enter your address when booking to see if service is available in your neighborhood. We’ll continue expanding as we grow.

You don’t have to rearrange your day for us. When booking, you’ll provide instructions for safely accessing your home, whether that’s meeting your cleaning professional, providing a door or building code, or another agreed-upon method. Please make sure access instructions are accurate and up to date before your service.

CLRSpace works with independent cleaning professionals to provide your service. We know inviting someone into your home is personal, which is why we’re intentional about who we work with and the experience we expect them to provide.

Nope. Your time is yours. As long as we have clear instructions for safely accessing your home, you’re free to head to work, run errands, grab brunch, or do absolutely nothing. We’ll handle the rest.

No need to stock up for us. Your cleaning professional will arrive with the standard supplies and equipment needed to complete your service. If there’s a specific product you’d like used in your home, you can leave it out with instructions for your cleaner.

You definitely don't need to clean before the cleaner comes—that would defeat the point. Putting away personal items, clothing, dishes, and excess clutter helps your cleaner spend more time actually cleaning. We’ll let you know ahead of time if anything else is needed for your service.

Pets are part of the home. Just let us know about them when you book. If your pet is uncomfortable with new people or may interfere with the service, please keep them in a safe, secure area while your cleaner is there.

What’s included depends on the service you book. Before checkout, you’ll be able to see what’s included so you know exactly what to expect—no guessing about what “clean” means.

Tell us. We want you to feel good when you walk back into your space. If something wasn't handled the way you expected, contact CLRSpace as soon as possible after your service and let us know what happened. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
